Buford High School wide receiver Jordan Allen has been a coveted prospect on Tennessee’s recruitment radar for a considerable period. Allen, who enjoys popularity within the school, shares the high school field with Justin Baker, Tennessee’s committed running back for 2025. Allen recently announced plans for four unofficial visits to Volunteer Country this week and hinted at a potential trip to Louisville.

Speaking to Volunteer Country, Allen expressed high expectations for his Tennessee visit, anticipating positive energy and interactions with Coach Kelsey Pope and other coaching staff members. He aims to observe the players’ competitive spirit during the spring game.

Allen highlighted specific coaches he hopes to engage with during the visit, including Coach Pope, Coach Joey Halzle, and Coach Josh Heupel. He acknowledges their pivotal roles within the team structure and seeks to strengthen his rapport with them.

He envisions bringing valuable playmaking abilities, emphasizing his speed and agility as a slot receiver who consistently finds openings.
