The team with the highest likelihood of drafting Michael Penix, based on the odds, is the Raiders.

According to betting odds from FanDuel, Las Vegas appears to be the most likely NFL team to select Washington quarterback Michael Penix Jr. The Raiders are favored at +380 to draft Penix, ahead of other teams like the Vikings and Broncos at +470, the Giants at +650, the Seahawks at +1000, and the Saints at +1100.

Among quarterbacks in consideration, USC’s Caleb Williams, LSU’s Jayden Daniels, North Carolina’s Drake Maye, and Michigan’s J.J. McCarthy are considered likely high picks. Penix and Oregon’s Bo Nix are more uncertain prospects.

The Raiders currently have Aidan O’Connell as their starting quarterback and recently signed Gardner Minshew in free agency. If they opt not to draft a quarterback, O’Connell and Minshew will compete for the starting role.

However, if Penix is available when the Raiders pick at No. 13, he could become their new franchise quarterback—a move that would likely be favored by head coach Antonio Pierce, General Manager Tom Telesco, and owner Mark Davis.
