Titans reportedly interested in TCU safety Mark Perry

The Tennessee Titans, along with about six other teams, have shown interest in TCU safety Mark Perry ahead of the upcoming NFL draft, according to Aaron Wilson of Click2Houston.com.

Perry, 23, recently concluded a successful five-year college career, initially spending three seasons at Colorado before transferring to TCU for his final two years.

During his time at TCU, Perry played various roles on the defense, seeing significant action both close to the line of scrimmage, in the slot, and deep in coverage. His versatility is seen as a valuable asset for potential roster inclusion.

Despite an average PFF grade of 65.3 in 2023, Perry’s impressive 19% forced incompletion rate ranked among the best for college safeties last season.

Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 211 pounds, Perry demonstrated notable athleticism with a remarkable 9.59 Relative Athletic Score, notably achieving a speedy 4.37 40-yard dash time during his Pro Day.

Expected to be selected on Day 3 of the draft, Perry could offer intriguing developmental depth for the Titans, adding to their roster dynamics.
