According to Zach Blostein of 247Sports, Cam Riley, a former Auburn linebacker, will be transferring to Florida State. This news follows his initial commitment to NC State in February, which he later retracted on April 25.

Riley’s choice to join the Seminoles and coach Mike Norvell follows his entry into the transfer portal alongside Donovan Kaufman, an Auburn defensive back, on January 16, after completing four seasons with Auburn.

In the 2023 season, Riley participated in all 13 of Auburn’s games, starting one. During this time, he accumulated 32 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. Over his entire tenure at Auburn, Riley played in 46 games, registering 120 tackles, eight tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks.

Originally from Evergreen and a graduate of Hillcrest High School, Riley was rated as a four-star linebacker in the class of 2020.
