It’s a done deal: A mega star player committed to the Ipswich Town just….
Ipswich Town is among the clubs expressing interest in Zian Flemming, according to information from the South London Press.
Flemming, who wears the number 10 jersey for Millwall, has one year left on his contract, with the option for the Championship club to extend it for another 12 months.
Despite being the subject of several rejected bids from Burnley last summer, which could have resulted in a record sale for the club, Flemming’s market value has declined. Nonetheless, he remained Millwall’s top scorer this season, with eight goals and five assists, despite their relegation battle.
Flemming’s representatives are determined to secure a move for him this summer. The 25-year-old was signed for £1.7 million from Fortuna Sittard and had an impressive debut season in England, scoring 15 goals.
Clubs in Spain, including Alaves, have shown interest in the Dutchman, with some preferring a loan deal with an option to buy.
Additionally, San Jose Earthquake expressed interest in Flemming before the MLS transfer window closed, but no concrete offer materialized for the former Ajax prospect.
