Titans’ rest differential for each game on the 2024 schedule

The Titans’ complete 2024 schedule has been released. If you missed it, here are the main highlights from the schedule release, along with a ranking of each opponent from easiest to toughest.

Joseph Hefner of KC Sports Network recently created a useful graphic showing each team’s rest differential in 2024. This graphic details how many days of rest the Titans will have compared to each of their opponents.

The Titans’ greatest advantage comes in Week 6 against the Indianapolis Colts, where they will enjoy a six-day rest advantage due to their bye in Week 5. In contrast, the Colts will travel to Nashville after playing at Jacksonville in Week 5.

Their biggest disadvantage occurs in Week 18, with the Houston Texans having a four-day rest advantage. This is because the Texans play their Week 17 game on Christmas Day, a Wednesday, while the Titans play theirs on Sunday, December 29.
