Raiders minicamp: Davante Adams and Jackson Powers-Johnson participate in practice.

The Las Vegas Raiders welcomed back two key offensive players to the practice field as their three-day mandatory minicamp began on Tuesday.

Media reports indicate that star wide receiver Davante Adams and rookie guard Jackson Powers-Johnson, a second-round pick, were both participating in practice. Powers-Johnson had sustained an undisclosed injury during an OTA session last month, causing him to miss several media-accessible practices. Adams had also been absent from the field during most media-covered voluntary workouts in recent weeks, although he was reportedly present at the team’s Henderson, Nevada facility.

Having both players return is a significant boost for the Raiders. This minicamp is especially crucial for Powers-Johnson, who is expected to start at guard despite limited college experience in the position. With the regular season still nearly three months away, this practice time is essential for his development.
