Danny Rohl seems unable to decide on the ‘new’ targets to sign for Sheffield Wednesday.

Sheffield Wednesday are reportedly debating between two new targets for signings. Their struggles with scoring last season significantly contributed to their relegation battle, though Ike Ugbo’s loan arrival in January provided some relief.

Now, with Ugbo returning to Troyes and Lee Gregory leaving on a free transfer, the Owls find themselves in need of attacking reinforcements. They have renewed their interest in Ugbo, as well as Duncan McGuire and Mika Biereth.

Though contact has been made with Troyes regarding a second deal for Ugbo, the player is attracting a lot of interest and could prove costly.

Sheffield Wednesday are pushing to sign a new No.9. While the club initially seemed focused on pursuing the Canadian striker, they are now considering two new foreign targets. Journalist Alan Nixon noted that the club is actively seeking a striker but has yet to agree internally on which of the two new targets to prioritize.
