Blues’ goalkeeper Mayo signs new contract
Blues are pleased to announce that Brad Mayo has agreed to a new contract, effective from Monday, 1 July. The goalkeeper has signed a 2-year deal, keeping him at St. Andrew’s @Knighthead Park until June 2026.
This agreement comes a year after he signed his first professional contract following his two-year scholarship and an impressive season as a lifelong Bluenose.
For the Under-21s, Mayo started 34 out of 40 matches across all competitions, achieving nine clean sheets and helping Steve Spooner’s team reach the Professional Development League National Final. He was also included in five matchday squads for the Men’s First Team and regularly trained with the senior group during the 2023/24 season.
