SO SAD: Heat star player Jayson Tatum has been suspended from participating in all sport activities for committing…..

When Udonis Haslem appeared on SportsCenter on Friday, he had a message for Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum.

Earlier that day, Tatum had been asked by a Boston TV host whether the victory celebration trip to Miami differed from the tough battles between the Celtics and the Heat over the years. Tatum responded that all trips to Miami are easy.

This comment did not sit well with Haslem.

“I think he’s still drunk from the party,” Haslem remarked. “He must be a bit tipsy from the party because there’s no way he truly believes that.”

In truth, Haslem isn’t bothered by Tatum’s bold words. The Celtics earned their bragging rights after cruising through the playoffs and defeating the Dallas Mavericks in the NBA Finals. This victory marked the Celtics’ 18th title and Tatum’s first.

“It’s OK, that’s what he’s supposed to say,” Haslem commented. “Congratulations to the Boston Celtics. I’m not going to be a hater; we recognize they’re the champions. We’ll get fully healthy, and then we’ll see what happens.”

Currently, the Celtics and the Heat have one of the strongest rivalries in the league. They have faced off in the postseason four out of the last five years, with each team winning twice. The Celtics recently defeated the Heat 4-1 in the first round of the playoffs.

As both teams expect to return with similar lineups, it’s likely this rivalry will continue to grow.
