OU Softball: Former Oklahoma Pitcher Announces New School
A backup player from Oklahoma has found a new team but will continue competing in the SEC.C, a left-handed pitcher from Leander, TX, near Austin, announced on Saturday via social media that she will be playing for Auburn next.
Guerin played for two seasons with Patty Gasso’s Sooners, recognized as one of the top-ranked pitching prospects in the country. Standing at 5-foot-8, the left-handed pitcher was ranked the No. 25 overall recruit by Softball America, the No. 10 prospect by r in 2023, Guerin redshirted. In 2024, she appeared in nine games, achieving a 2-0 record with a team-best 0.70 earned run average.
