Former Nottingham Forest midfielder Ben Osborn has completed his transfer to local rivals Derby County.

The 29-year-old progressed through Forest’s youth system to the first team at the City Ground before moving on.

Osborn’s most recent tenure was with Sheffield United, which he joined in 2019 after leaving Forest.

With his contract at Bramall Lane now concluded, Osborn has made the short drive south to Pride Park.

After finalizing his move earlier this week, the midfielder shared his thoughts on his time with the Reds.

During his tenure at the City Ground, Osborn made 230 appearances, scoring 16 goals and providing 31 assists.

The 29-year-old became a mainstay in Forest’s midfield during their Championship days before transferring to the Blades.
