VFL Team Update: Michael Returns, Lions Announce Five Changes

Michael is one of five changes to a Lions team that has won five consecutive games.

J.J. Liston Medallist Jarryd Lyons returns, along with last week’s AFL substitute Shadeau Brain and ruckman Darcy Fort.

Academy product and highly regarded draft pick Sam Marshall will join the VFL side on Saturday afternoon.

Lions development coach Daniel Lloyd will return to the coaches’ box after playing against Frankston last week, while Darragh Joyce has been promoted to the AFL to replace the injured Jack Payne.

VFL-listed players Jake Lohmann and Joel Budarick, along with Academy product Tristan Meekin, have been omitted.
