On Thursday, the team announced that it had parted ways with bullpen coach Dave Lundquist and assistant hitting coachJason Ca milli. However, the rest of the Major League coaching staff will return for the 2024 MLB season. The Phillies will not spend the offseason trying to revamp their roster and figure out how to get back to the World Series.

Addressing their rotational needs, especially with Aaron Nola hitting free agency, will be at the forefront of all free agent and trade discussions.

Additionally, fan-favorite Rhys Hoskins’ future is uncertain now that Bryce Harper is showing he is a capable first baseman.

Regardless, changes are coming, and they started on Thursday with Lundquist and Camilli.
