Hull City keen on ex-Fulham goalkeeper Marek Rodak amid Blackburn Rovers & Derby County interest

Hull City is considering a move for former Fulham goalkeeper Marek Rodak on a free transfer, though Championship rivals Blackburn Rovers and Derby County are also interested.

According to transfer expert Alan Nixon on his Patreon account, the Tigers are prepared to pursue the Slovakian goalkeeper, but only under specific conditions, given the interest from other Championship teams.

Hull City is undergoing a rebuild this pre-season under German head coach Tim Walter and has recently returned to East Yorkshire after a pre-season camp in Turkey, where club officials discussed their transfer strategy for the remainder of the summer window.

With the EFL season set to start against Bristol City on August 10th, the current goalkeeping options at Hull are notably short on both experience and numbers due to recent injuries and departures.

Signing Rodak would address these gaps, as he has significant experience in the second tier from his time in West London and previous loan spells.
