Breaking News: Ac Milan Eyes Inter Milan Star…………..read more.
According to Italian broadcaster DAZN, via FCInterNews, Bologna is considering 29-year-old Mario Hermoso as a potential replacement for Ricardo Calafiori in defense.
Hermoso is one of the most notable players on the free transfer market this summer and has yet to be signed. Inter Milan has shown interest in the Spanish international for several months, given their tendency to capitalize on free transfer opportunities. Hermoso would fit well into Inter’s back three system, especially as they seek a defender who can play on the left side.
Napoli, under new coach Antonio Conte, is also targeting Hermoso to strengthen their backline, given his experience playing on the left of a back three for Atletico Madrid.
In addition to Inter and Napoli, AC Milan has also contacted Hermoso’s representatives. Bologna has joined the race, having sold Ricardo Calafiori to Arsenal in a significant deal. As a left-footed defender, Hermoso is seen as a suitable replacement for Calafiori. Earlier in the summer, Hermoso was also linked with Premier League clubs Aston Villa and West Ham United.
