SO SAD TO HEAR: Luis Suárez Will Not Play For Inter Miami’s Any More Due To His…………..read more.
Inter Miami CF will remain at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, through the 2025 Major League Soccer season, aiming to debut at Miami Freedom Park in 2026.
Initially, the club anticipated the new stadium to be ready for the 2025 season. However, in an email to fans about season-ticket renewals, the club confirmed that 2025 will be the “final season” at Chase Stadium.
“The 2025 season is expected to be our FINAL season at Chase Stadium in Fort Lauderdale before moving to the new stadium in Miami,” the message stated. “We look forward to your support as we push for the playoffs!”

Some fans are unhappy with a second ticket price hike since Argentine star Lionel Messi joined in 2023 and the new stadium delay.
“2025 was promoted as the year for Miami Freedom Park and a benefit of season tickets since the inaugural year, offering ‘first in line’ access to tickets,” said Morgan Guigon, a season ticket holder since 2020, who decided not to renew this year. “After a 150% increase in ticket prices over two years and Messi’s arrival, it’s cheaper to buy resale tickets than season tickets from the club.”
Another fan commented on X: “Messi has missed more than half of Inter Miami’s matches this season. Ticket value drops by over 85% when he misses. Inter Miami’s response: raise prices again without reason.”
Ticket prices vary based on seating location.
With the move to Miami Freedom Park planned for 2026, Messi may not play in the new stadium. His contract with Inter Miami expires at the end of 2025, and it’s uncertain if he will extend his stay.
Construction of the 25,000-seat Miami Freedom Park began in August 2023, with Inter Miami managing owner Jorge Mas initially targeting a 2025 opening.
“I can’t wait to welcome our fans to our state-of-the-art stadium and hear the chants as Messi and your Inter Miami players take the pitch for the first time in 2025,” he said.
