Hannibal Mejbri has been advised to seriously consider a move to either Celtic or Rangers if they make an offer this summer. Former Manchester United striker Andy Cole believes a transfer could benefit the 21-year-old Tunisian after a less successful loan spell at Sevilla last season. Mejbri has been linked to both clubs, with Rangers reportedly interested in a loan and Celtic contemplating a permanent deal.

Cole thinks it makes sense for the young player to leave Old Trafford due to limited playing opportunities. He suggests that Mejbri could do well at either of Glasgow’s major clubs. “If he has the chance to move to either Celtic or Rangers, then why not? It’s simple. He’ll struggle to break into the Manchester United team, so it will be interesting to see if the club decides to loan him out or sell him to raise funds for other business. It would be an interesting move.”
