Ainsley Earhardt is an American broadcast journalist and author with a net worth of $8 million and an annual salary of $3 million from Fox News.

Initially intending to pursue a degree in biology at Florida State University, Earhardt transferred to the University of South Carolina where she switched to journalism. She excelled in USC’s journalism program, graduating at the top of her class and starting her career as a local reporter in Columbia. Born Ainsley Hayden Earhardt on September 20, 1976, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, she is the daughter of Dale and Wayne Earhardt and has two siblings, Elise and Trenton. The family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, during her childhood. Earhardt attended Spring Valley High School and later transferred from Florida State University to the University of South Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in journalism in 1999.
