Real Madrid could reunite Bellingham brothers after declaring interest in Sunderland star Jobe - Football España

Sunderland have acquired several new players: defender Chris Mepham from Bournemouth, midfielder Milan Aleksic from Serbian club FK Radnicki 1923, striker Ahmed Abdullahi from Belgian team KAA Gent, and Ghanaian international Salis Abdul Samed.

Mepham has joined Sunderland on loan for the rest of the season. The 26-year-old, who has 46 caps for Wales, has been with Bournemouth since 2019, having previously played for Brentford.

Aleksic, who recently turned 19, has signed a four-year contract with Sunderland for an undisclosed fee.

Abdullahi, a 20-year-old Nigeria Under-20 international, has also signed a four-year deal with an option for an additional year, arriving for an undisclosed fee. He scored 21 goals in 28 appearances for Gent’s development team in the Belgian third tier last season.

Samed, 24, joins from French club RC Lens on loan until the end of the season.

Additionally, Sunderland midfielder Pierre Ekwah, 22, has been loaned to French club St Etienne for the season, and defender Timothee Pembele will spend the rest of the season on loan at Le Havre.
