The 26-year-old Moroccan forward, Ryan Mmaee, has made 27 Championship appearances and scored three goals for Stoke City since his arrival from Hungarian club Ferencvaros in July 2023.
Mmaee’s departure comes at the end of a busy transfer window for Stoke, who made 10 signings.
“Ryan is eager to get as much game time as possible,” said Potters sporting director Jon Walters. “After discussions with manager Steven Schumacher about his opportunities this season, we agreed it was in everyone’s best interest for him to go on loan to pursue the regular first-team football he’s seeking.
