NORMAN — In the midst of injury uncertainties looming around OU football this week, Wednesday night’s availability report shed some light on many players’ situations.

Wide receiver Deion Burks, the Sooners’ most consistent playmaker so far this season, is listed as questionable to play at Auburn. Head coach Brent Venables said postgame Burks was dealing with a soft tissue injury after being looked at inside the injury tent and not having his helmet on the sideline vs. Tennessee.Burks has caught 26 passes for 201 yards and three touchdowns in four games.

OU-Auburn availability: Nic Anderson'out,' Deion Burks'questionable'

OU’s wide receiver depth will remain slim as Nic Anderson, who made his first appearance of the season against the Volunteers before re-straining his quad, is listed as out and Andrel Anthony is doubtful to play against the Tigers.True freshman running back Taylor Tatum, who also exited last Saturday’s game with an injury, is listed as doubtful as well. Offensive lineman Jake Taylor is probable to play.

Kicker Tyler Keltner will miss the Auburn game with an undisclosed injury. Zach Schmit, the Sooners’ kicker last season, is expected to take over field goal and PAT duties.

Auburn defensive lineman Isaiah Raikes, kicker Alex McPherson and offensive lineman Izavion Miller are all questionable.

The SEC followed in the Big Ten’s footsteps by installing the availability reports. SEC teams must file their reports Wednesday before a Saturday conference game and update them daily until 90 minutes before kickoff. Here is this week’s OU availability report:
