BREAKING NEWS: HE’S BACK AGAIN!!!!!!
On Thursday, the SEC unveiled its latest availability report for all conference matchups set for this weekend, including an injury report for Alabama football ahead of their game against Georgia.
There were no updates for Alabama since Wednesday’s initial report. The Wednesday report listed Wolf linebacker Qua Russaw, linebacker Jeremiah Alexander, and running back Richard Young as probable, and this status remained unchanged on Thursday.
Malachi Moore and Cole Adams were not mentioned in either Wednesday or Thursday’s availability reports, indicating that both players are likely cleared to play. Moore suffered a head injury against Wisconsin, while Adams dealt with an upper-body injury sustained against South Florida.
Georgia did experience a change from Wednesday to Thursday, as receiver Sacovie White was downgraded from questionable to doubtful, having recorded two catches for 22 yards this season. Starting offensive lineman Tate Ratledge has been ruled out, along with receivers London Humphreys and Roderick Robinson II.
On the defensive side, linemen Mykel Williams and Jordan Hall are still listed as questionable, while Warren Brinson is marked as probable.
No. 4 Alabama (3-0) and No. 1/2 Georgia (3-0) are set to clash on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. CT at Bryant-Denny Stadium. Another availability report will be issued on Friday and Saturday before kickoff. This season, the SEC has implemented mandatory weekly availability reports for conference games, which will also apply to men’s and women’s basketball as well as baseball.
