Footage captured by a supporter at the Shanghai Masters shows Dimitrov walking through a crowd of people, before appearing to stumble

The ATP ace quickly returns to his feet but turns around and gives a stern look in the direction of who he believes caused him to trip.

He raised his finger and pointed at the alleged culprit, before turning back and walking off in the opposite direction
