Roosters centre Michael Jennings is facing time on the sideline after being charged with a Grade 2 Careless High Tackle offence on Manly’s Jason Saab.

The tackle in the 30th minute of Saturday night’s clash at Allianz Stadium forced Saab from the field for a HIA which he failed.

Jennings will be banned for two matches with an early guilty plea, increasing to three matches should he challenge the charge and be found guilty at the judiciary.

Fellow Rooster Sitili Tupouniua has been charged with Dangerous Contact and can accept a $750 fine with an early guilty plea while Manly’s Corey Waddell faces a fine of $1000 for a Careless High Tackle on Joseph Sua’ali’i.

Bulldog Kurtis Morrin has been hit with a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact offence following his team’s clash with the Broncos.

As this is Morrin’s third and subsequent offence he will fined $3000 with an early guilty plea. Should he fight the charge and lose he will be suspended for two matches.

Broncos pair Kobe Hethertington and Blake Mozer are also facing fines after being charged with Dangerous Contact offences.

Meanwhile, Wests Tigers forward Alex Seyfarth has been charged by the NRL Match Review Committee over a tackle on Warriors playmaker Te Maire Martin in Friday night’s 28-16 loss.

Seyfarth was charged with Grade 1 Dangerous Contact and faces a fine of $1800 if he pleads guilty or $2500 if she unsuccessfully challenges the charge at the NRL judiciary.
