WHAT A SADNESS: The WNBA overlooks Caitlin Clark in the playoffs, and fans are outraged: It’s akin to the NBA excluding…………

Fans are frustrated that the WNBA seems to have overlooked Indiana Fever superstar Caitlin Clark.

Clark has had a remarkable rookie season, averaging 19.2 points, 8.4 assists, and 5.7 rebounds. She has also set multiple rookie records and drawn record crowds both in arenas and on TV.

As the sixth seed, the Fever will face the third seed Connecticut in the first round of the playoffs, making Clark a key player to watch in the postseason.

However, many fans were disappointed when the WNBA shared a postseason graphic featuring eight players, excluding Clark. Kelsey Mitchell was chosen instead, despite having a good season, but she doesn’t match Clark’s star power.

One fan commented, “Attendance is way up, arenas are sold out, and you omit the player responsible for that success? Well done.” Another added, “Clark not being on this graphic just shows the WNBA’s jealousy of her success.”

This decision has sparked debate on social media, with some suggesting that the WNBA might be trying to elevate the profiles of other players in light of Clark’s clear dominance in public relations.
