Its a done deal: Another mega star player committed to the Leeds United team just to be a….

Leeds United are likely to explore the possibility of adding a new striker to their squad during the upcoming summer transfer window. One player they are considering is a standout from Bayer Leverkusen, as the German champions are now scouting for a replacement.

Joel Piroe, who arrived at Leeds from Swansea for a hefty £16 million, has struggled to meet expectations, leading to him being benched for the first leg of the Championship play-offs against Norwich City.

While Patrick Bamford remains a strong choice despite facing criticism, his recurring injury concerns have become problematic at crucial times. Mateo Joseph shows promise as a future prospect for Leeds but has yet to receive significant playing time.

Considering this, Leeds could benefit from acquiring another striker, with Bayer Leverkusen’s Adam Hlozek being linked with a move to Elland Road if the club secures promotion. Leicester City is also reportedly interested in Hlozek, with a lower transfer fee of just £10 million.

Hlozek, a Czech Republic international, has showcased glimpses of his talent despite being a peripheral figure for Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen. Sky Germany has reported developments regarding Hlozek’s future, indicating that Leverkusen is preparing for his departure and has already identified a replacement.
