Done Deal: He’s coming

Leeds may consider pursuing a Celtic standout should they secure promotion.

Daniel Farke’s team presently occupies the top spot in the Championship standings following their 2-0 victory against Millwall last weekend, although Leicester City has a game to play, giving them an opportunity to catch up.

With four victories in their last five matches, Leeds United appears to be in a strong position to secure automatic promotion back to the Premier League after their relegation last season.

As the likelihood of promotion increases with each passing week, rumors have surfaced regarding potential summer signings.

One of the latest rumors involves Celtic midfielder O’Riley, who is expected to attract significant interest during the upcoming transfer window, according to reports from GiveMeSport.

Leeds United might revive their interest in the Celtic star. The 23-year-old midfielder has already scored 11 goals and provided 15 assists in all competitions, making him Celtic’s second-highest scorer this season.

Leeds has demonstrated admiration for the midfielder, having attempted to secure his signature last season with a £10 million bid, which was turned down.

Should they achieve promotion this season, they could persuade the 23-year-old to join Elland Road and contribute to their Premier League campaign.

The Championship leaders have two important fixtures in the upcoming week, facing Watford on Friday before hosting Hull City just a few days later.
