Junior Colson and Kris Jenkins are meeting with Jim Harbaugh during their pre-draft visit with the Chargers.
Roman Wilson, a former Michigan wide receiver, recently expressed his belief that the Chargers might select multiple Wolverines in this year’s draft due to the presence of head coach Jim Harbaugh. As the pre-draft visit window nears its end, two potential options, linebacker Junior Colson and defensive tackle Kris Jenkins, are spending time with the Chargers, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Media.
Colson has amassed 256 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, five passes defensed, and a fumble recovery over the past three seasons. Similarly, Jenkins has recorded 113 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, an interception, and a fumble recovery during the same period.
With a total of 18 Michigan players invited to the Scouting Combine, Harbaugh has a wide array of choices if he intends to bring some familiar faces to California with him.
