Nesta Guinness-Walker addressed Reading FC supporters after his departure from the club.

The left-back was one of four first-team players released at the conclusion of their contracts.

On Instagram, Guinness-Walker expressed his gratitude: “I want to say thank you to everyone at Reading Football Club as my time at the club comes to an end.

“I’ve met some great people, and although it didn’t end how I would’ve hoped, I feel honoured to have put on the shirt.

“I wish everyone involved at the club the best and look forward to seeing the fans get the club back to where it belongs.”

The 24-year-old joined Reading in the summer of 2022 on a free transfer after leaving AFC Wimbledon.
