Parris Campbell has inked a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Wide receiver Parris Campbell, who demonstrated potential as an underrated talent during his time with the New York Giants last year, has agreed to a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Campbell, a second-round selection by the Indianapolis Colts in the 2019 draft, grappled with injuries throughout much of his initial three seasons in the NFL. However, he enjoyed a full season in 2022, which earned him a short-term deal with the Giants. Despite the Giants’ depth at the wide receiver position due to injury concerns, Campbell’s role diminished after initially showing promise as a versatile player and kick returner during spring and summer workouts. Instead, the team turned to Wan’Dale Robinson to fulfill offensive duties. Campbell’s contributions for the Giants were limited, appearing in only 12 games with three starts, tallying 20 receptions on 27 targets for 104 yards without any touchdowns.

Campbell will join former Giants teammate Saquon Barkley, who signed a multiyear contract with the Eagles earlier in free agency.
